Story
Terra starts out with the Onion Knight, though it's not too long before she loses control of her powers and attacks him. This is followed by their separation (though he saves her) and her subsequent memory loss of fighting him. Kefka's interference causes them to separate again, and she ends up with Cloud, igniting the Cloud/Terra fandom for better or for worse. Eventually, she has a showdown with Kefka with a little help from her friends.
Thoughts
Terra is probably my second favorite FFVI character, so I was glad to see her in Dissidia. The blond hair weirds me out, though, and I always use her alternate form where possible. I'm glad she got some character development, though I feel it could have been done much better (then again, I could say that about most all of the story...). As far as the inevitable pairings go, I can't say I'm a dedicated supporter of any, but Cloud/Terra definitely amuses me.
Gameplay
Terra might be the most powerful of Cosmos's warriors. She's strictly a magicial warrior, and the best way to describe her spells (especially her HP Attacks) would be "devastating." I was expecting her story mode to be hard, but I breezed through it with her power.
Of course, this means she's the hardest one to beat. Try to stay away from her attacks and fight her directly — like most magicians, her attacks are mostly long-range.
