Story
Poor Kuja. All he wants is a little respect, but it's the last thing he gets. His fellow villains look down on him, which makes him act the same to them. His focus is on Zidane, and he tries to get him with tricks, but he ultimately fails to make him feel alone and loses in battle. Then again, how much respect can he ask for in a thong?
Thoughts
Since I haven't played FFIX, I have a hard time appreciating Kuja's character at all — he's pretty lost on me. Ultimately, I just feel bad for him in how he ends up. From a battle standpoint, however, I can't stand him — I'm terrible at fighting him and end up dead most of the time.
Gameplay
As yet another magician, Kuja mostly deals damage from afar, and he does it very well, particularly with his Holy Rings. If you get too close, his Strike Energy will probably get you. Not letting his attacks connect (at least, not most of them) is key to overpowering him.
